Thank you for shopping with ICYBOO! We’re here to help if something isn’t quite right. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return.


1. Return Eligibility & Fees

Return Window

  • You must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged

  • In their original packaging with tags still attached

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the product received is defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Surprise boxes

  • Sale items

  • Shoes

  • Bikinis and bodysuits

  • Accessories (excluding scarves)

  • Orders made with store credit from previous returns

  • Orders paid using compensatory store credits

  • Shipping fees (non-refundable)

Chargebacks and Disputes

  • If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, refund processing may take up to 75 days. For support, please contact us at support@icyboo.com.


2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Click [here] to start your return request.

  2. You’ll receive an email with detailed return instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back using your preferred courier service.

Note:

  • ICYBOO reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above.

  • Returns received without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.


3. Refund Options & Processing

Refund Methods

Depending on your original payment method, you can choose one of the following refund options:

For Gift Card Payments:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit to the same gift card account for the full value of the returned items.

For Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Klarna:

  • Option 1 – Store Credit:
    Receive a full store credit, plus 20% extra as a bonus.

  • Option 2 – Original Payment Method:
    Receive a refund to your original payment account. Please note: original shipping fees will be deducted.

Communication

If we encounter issues with your return (e.g., mismatched payment info or missing items), we’ll contact you via email. If we do not receive a response, we will process the return based on the last instructions provided.


4. Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel, we will issue your refund within 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.

5. Additional Information

Not Considered Quality Issues

The following are not considered defects and do not qualify for free returns:

  • Loose threads, raw hems, or minor imperfections in fabric texture or thickness

  • Slight color differences due to screen or lighting variations

  • Sizing differences due to style or fabric variation (see our [Size Guide])

  • Dissatisfaction with color, fit, or style preferences

  • Damage resulting from improper washing, handling, or modifications
