FEES AND ELIGIBILITY
Return Shipping Fee:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the original product is defective.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date you received your order.
- If a dispute or chargeback is initiated, the refund processing may take up to 75 days. Please contact our support team at support@icyboo.com for any inquiries or requests.
- Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags attached.
- The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Gift cards
- Surprise boxes
- Sale items
- Shoes
- Bikinis
- Bodysuits
- Accessories (except scarves)
- Orders purchased using store credits accumulated from previous returns are not eligible for return.
- Purchases made with compensatory store credits are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN PROCESS
How do I return my order?
- Click [here] to start your return. After submitting your request, you will receive an email with return instructions.
- Mail your item(s) back using a courier of your choice.
- Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 5 business days. ICYBOO reserves the right to decline any return that does not comply with the conditions outlined in our return policy.
REFUND PAYMENT
Where is my refund?
Refund processing depends on your original payment method.
- For Gift Card payments: Refunds will be issued to your gift card account as full store credits equal to the returned item(s).
- For Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Klarna payments:
- Option 1 – Gift Card: Full store credits equal to the returned item(s), plus an additional 20% of the value.
- Option 2 – Cash: Refund to the original payment account (original shipping fees will be deducted).
If there are any issues with your order, such as payment discrepancies or item concerns, our team will contact you via email. If no response is received, we will proceed as per the instructions provided in the emails.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive your return parcel, we will process your refund within 5 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued. Please allow for additional processing time, which may vary depending on your payment method/card issuer.

Please note that the following conditions are not considered defective in quality:
- Loose threads, raw edges, fabric thickness, texture, or minor color differences due to screen display variations.
- Returns based on style dissatisfaction, color preference, or personal preference changes are not considered quality issues.
- Damage caused by improper use, washing, care, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors will not be considered quality defects.
- Returns due to sizing issues are not considered quality defects. Please refer to our sizing chart for guidance. Slight variations may occur between items of the same size due to design and style differences.
